Jack died peacefully in his sleep on16 August, 2007.
Husband of Beryl (deceased) and partner of Muriel (deceased).
Beloved father of Erica and Amanda, father-inlaw of Roger and Stan.
Loved Pop of his five grandchildren and four great - grandchildren.
He is survived by his brother Barry.

The family extends a warm thank you to Ruth, Irene and
Jean and all other nursing and utility staff at Manly Vale Aged
Care and Doctor Campbell, for their loving care of Jack.
