A Service to celebrate the life of Mr Andrew Noel Cornish will be held at the Boyd Chapel, Springvale Botanical Cemetery, Princes Highway, Springvale on FRIDAY (July 4, 2008) commencing at 10.30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association Victoria and the Victorian Electric Wheelchair Sports Association would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the Service.
