A public Memorial Service will be held on Sunday 4th March at the Sydney Entertainment Centre, commencing at 3.45 pm. Limited seating will be available for the public and tickets will be free. In lieu of flowers or obituary notices, donations to Support Act Limited (SAL) would be appreciated.

Passed away at St Vincent's Hospital
as the result of a heart attack.
